We are a leading firm in the Cement Industry. We have been associated with Ultra Tech Cement Ltd as Sales Promoters and have clientele present Pan India.

The firm named after its founding member ‘Harbagas Ji’ was incorporated in 1930’s. We started our journey as grain merchants, followed by fertilizer and chemical industry. We were affiliated with brands such as Shri Ram Fertilizers & Chemical, GNVFC Ltd., IPL Ltd., RCF, Rallis India Ltd., and PI Industry. Later, in the year 1982, we were among the first ones to apply for license for cement distribution and had the fortune of partnering with Laxmi Cement followed by Gujarat Ambuja Cement Ltd. as distributor and C&F agent for greater part of Rajasthan.

Our journey with Ultra Tech began in the year 2007 when we were appointed as Market Organiser of Binani Cement for Pali District. Working with Binani Cement for around 12 years ultimately led us to Ultratech post-acquisition.

We currently deal in trade channel with focus on Pali District. For non-trade, we have presence in all zones.

It has been good 41 years in the cement industry and we still consider ourselves as budding entity, seeking new opportunities every day.
